The method comprises: plating a steel sheet (3) with an aluminum sheet (4, 7) to a semi-finished product; and reshaping the semi-finished product, where the plating and reshaping processes are continuously performed in a common work station, and the plating comprises a roll-bonding process. The steel sheet and the aluminum sheet are continuously fed from a coil during the roll-bonding process. The reshaping process comprises a roll forming of a profile for a body attachment part, where the profile is cut to length after the roll forming process.
