Disclosed is a water level control apparatus for a micro-mist sauna apparatus, comprising: a humidifying part, a water reservoir, a water supply pipe and a valve thereof and a water discharge pipe and a valve thereof, a DC power supply, a microprocessor, and an electrical motor, wherein the humidifying part is connected to and provided on the electrical motor; electricity is supplied to the electrical motor by the DC power supply; and an electrical current monitoring apparatus monitoring the value of the electrical current of the electrical motor in real-time is further provided in the electrical circuit. When the electrical current monitoring apparatus detects that the present electrical current value of the electrical motor is lower than a preset minimum electrical current value, the microprocessor controls the opening of the water supply pipe valve and controls the shutting of the water discharge pipe valve until the added valueΔIm of the present electrical current reaches a preset value Ic or the present electrical current value reaches the preset electrical current value, at which point the microprocessor controls the closing of the water supply pipe valve.
