<p>Provided are a service processing method and device and a communication system. The method comprises: a roaming VLR receiving a service request message sent by a user terminal, the service request message comprising: IMSI information; according to the IMSI information, judging whether a user to which the user terminal belongs is a roaming user; if it is judged that the user to which the user terminal belongs is a roaming user, then performing a location update with an initial HLR corresponding to the IMSI information, and performing a location update with a roaming HLR, so as to acquire soft SIM information about the user terminal stored in the roaming HLR and hard SIM information about the user terminal stored in the initial HLR, and enabling the initial HLR and the roaming HLR to acquire the number of the roaming VLR, the soft SIM information comprising a soft number assigned to the user terminal; and after the location update with the initial HLR and the roaming HLR is successfully performed, sending a service acceptance message to the user terminal.</p> |
