PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a service cooperation environment for making a business entity for performing a demand response easily join, where the demand response is a scheme where demand is suppressed in the case of tight demand and supply and its counter value is paid.SOLUTION: An energy demand suppression system for performing demand suppression of energy comprises: means for mutually communicating different demand suppression functions between DR service servers for performing processing related to demand suppression; service management means for holding and searching for part or all of functions related to demand suppression provided from the DR service servers; means for automatically creating a DR program for performing demand suppression by combining part or all of the different functions related to demand suppression provided from the DR service servers; and means in which the DR service server executes the different functions related to demand suppression according to the created DR program for performing demand suppression when executing the demand suppression.
