PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult that a device to be managed maintains a power-saving state if a management device periodically requests the device to be managed to acquire a state, or the like.SOLUTION: An information processor capable of switching between a first power state and a second power state having power consumption lower than the first power state has: holding means for registering response data corresponding to received data and holding the response data; reception means for receiving data from an external device; return means for returning response data in a second power state as it is to the external device in the case that the response data corresponding to data received during the second power state is registered in the holding means; registration means for registering the external device being a transmission source of the received data in a list of notification destinations in the case that the response data corresponding to the data received during the second power state is not registered in the holding means and that the received data is a request for information of a state of the information processor; and notification means for notifying the notification destination registered in the list of notification destinations of a state change in the case that a power state changes.
