PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curable film-forming apparatus and an ultraviolet curable film forming method with and by which an ultraviolet curable film can be formed on a floor surface so as to prevent occurrence of a curing defect.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet curable film forming apparatus comprises: a spray and application unit A for spraying and applying ultraviolet curable paint to a floor surface 1a to form coating 11; an ultraviolet ray irradiation unit B for irradiating the coating 11 with ultraviolet rays; an isolation cover C which covers the floor surface to form an isolated region 3 which is isolated from outside air; and an inert gas supply unit D for supplying inert gas to the isolated region 3. The spray and application unit A is disposed so as to spray and apply the ultraviolet curable paint to the floor surface 1a within the isolated region 3, and the ultraviolet ray irradiation unit B is disposed so as to irradiate the coating 11 within the isolated region 3 with ultraviolet rays. By performing ultraviolet curing of the coating 11 within the isolated region 3 to which inert gas is supplied, an ultraviolet curable film is formed of which the weather resistance is improved by eliminating a curing defect caused by oxygen. |
