PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that suppresses increase in a mounting area and cost and insulates between a transmitter and a receiver.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a first nonlinear element, a differential amplifier, a first insulation element, a second insulation element, a second nonlinear element, a third nonlinear element, and a logic circuit. The first to third nonlinear elements output a first logic level when a reception signal is larger than a predetermined threshold value, and output a second logic level when the reception signal is less than or equal to the predetermined threshold value. The differential amplifier generates a differential signal from a signal outputted from the first nonlinear element. The first and second insulation elements are connected to a non-inverted signal output terminal and an inverted signal output terminal, respectively. The logic circuit outputs a logic level outputted from the second nonlinear element when the logic levels outputted from the second and third nonlinear elements are different from each other, and does not change the logic level of the output signal when the second and third nonlinear elements output the same logic level. |
