PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operationality of an operation member arranged behind an operation lever which is provided on the opposite side to the doorway of a canopy on the basis of an operator's seat.SOLUTION: A canopy 17 includes a roof 20, and an erected member erected on an upper frame 6 for supporting the roof 20 above an operator's seat 9. The erected member only has a front side supporting column 23 arranged on the opposite side to a doorway E1 on the basis of the operator's seat 9, in front of the front end of a right side operation lever 10 being in a forward tilting attitude, and a rear side supporting column 24 arranged on the side close to the doorway E1 on the basis of the operator's seat 9, behind the front end of the operator's seat 9.
