PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for from an imaging apparatus, an information processing device that is wanted to be connected to the imaging apparatus, and to perform the connection.SOLUTION: There is provided the imaging apparatus which can communicate with the other equipment via a network. The imaging apparatus includes: recording means of photographing a subject and recording image data in a recording medium; means of controlling a communication device transmitting the image data to an external device; and means having a plurality of protocols for performing equipment search, and when the imaging apparatus is to be connected with an information processing device that has not been connected, performing the equipment search by using the plurality of equipment search protocols when the imaging apparatus is wirelessly connected to and participates in a network. |
