PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a conductive paste suitable for formation of a solar battery electrode which can reduce the contact resistance between the electrode and a semiconductor substrate while being non-lead based one, and to materialize a solar battery having a high energy conversion efficiency and good battery characteristics by use of the conductive paste.SOLUTION: A conductive paste comprises at least conductive powder such as Ag powder, glass frit, and an organic vehicle.
