PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the valid diagnosis of a storage battery.SOLUTION: The storage battery diagnostic device comprises: a conversion calculation part; and a residual value calculation part. The conversion calculation part maps the plurality of state quantity of a storage battery on coordinates on one or more dimensional determination space by a determination space conversion function corresponding to the use of the storage battery. The residual value calculation part calculates the output value of a battery performance determination function for discriminating the determination space into the available region and unavailable region of the storage battery on the basis of the value of the coordinates, and calculates the residual value of the storage battery on the basis of the output value of the battery performance determination function. |
