PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly perform connection and separation of especially a support frame and a front/rear drive frame, when connecting and separating a support frame, a rotation drive frame and a frame base of a hat frame device to/from a sewing machine.SOLUTION: The hat frame device 10 includes: a support frame 12; a rotation drive frame 20; a hat frame 25; a front/rear transfer mechanism 30 for transferring a front/rear movement of a front/rear drive frame 3 to the support frame 12; and a rotation transfer mechanism 50 for transferring a lateral movement of a right/left drive frame 4 to the rotation drive frame 20 by converting the lateral movement to a rotation. The front/rear transfer mechanism 30 includes: a bracket 31 mounted on the support frame 12; a bolt 37 protruding downward from the lower surface of the bracket 31; a lower knob 38 which is always mounted by threadedly fitted by the bolt 37 up to the middle part; an insertion bracket 40 mounted on the lower part of the front/rear drive frame 3 to protrude forward and inserted between a lower surface of the bracket 31 and a lower knob 38; and a U-shaped notch 41 which is formed on a front end part of the insertion bracket 40 and which the bolt 37 enters in during the insertion. |
