Each second fin unit (6, 9) comprises a second window fin (61, 91) that faces the inflow direction of the fluid. First window fins (51, 81) and second window fins (61, 91) are arranged side by side. The first window fin (51, 81) and the second window fin (61, 91) are staggered in the inflow direction of the fluid, so as to form a first gap (50, 80) between them. The first window fins (51, 81) and/or the second window fins (61, 91) are different in width.
