Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are an interference measurement method, base station and user equipment (UE), the method comprising: a UE, according to at least one of zero power CSI-RS configuration information, non-zero power CSI-RS configuration information and CSI-IM configuration information, determines a first resource requiring interference measurement on a first subframe, or determines a second resource not requiring interference measurement on the first subframe; the UE conducts interference measurement on the first resource, or does not conduct interference measurement on the second resource. The embodiment of the present invention can provide precise interference measurement.
