The present invention relates to an apparatus and to a method for creating a three-dimensional object, wherein the apparatus comprises: a three-dimensional object creating unit for gridding and dividing components of a two-dimensional web page into multiple polygons to create a three-dimensional object; and a three-dimensional object manipulation processing unit for changing the coordinate value of the vertex of each relevant lattice element based on an object manipulation signal upon input of the object manipulation signal from the created three-dimensional object so as to create a 3D transform matrix, and applying the generated 3D transform matrix to a predefined CSS transform so as to create a modified three-dimensional object. |
