The system may include an electronic device configured to recover a picture processing index corresponding to one or more picture processors, e.g. upsamplers, filters, or the like, or any combination thereof. The picture processing index may associate a particular picture processor of a set of picture processors available to the decoder with a unit, e.g. a coding unit or a prediction unit of a coding unit. |
