Disclosed is a dishwasher top spray arm comprising a spray arm body (1), wherein a spray cavity (200) for accommodating water is defined in the spray arm body (1); a water inlet (20) and a plurality of spray holes (21, 22, 23, 24) respectively in communication with the spray cavity (200) are provided on the spray arm body (1); the plurality of spray holes (21, 22, 23, 24) are constructed in such a way that when the spray arm body (1) rotates, water flows sprayed by at least two spray holes of the plurality of spray holes intersect at one point. Further disclosed is a dishwasher having the dishwasher top spray arm.
