METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORMING POLYMER MATERIAL PROFILE BY USING SINGLE-SCREW-ROD EXTRUSION CYLINDER

The present invention relates to a method and a device for forming a polymer material profile by using a single-screw-rod extrusion cylinder. The method is carried out in sequence according to the following steps that: a polymer material is fed from a feeding base; a screw rod is stationary; the polymer material moves forward along the direction of a spiral groove and is gradually compacted; a groove is formed in the inner wall of the compacted section of the screw rod corresponding to a power cylinder; a sufficient extrusion pressure is generated at the compacted section; when the polymer material reaches the end surface of the screw rod, a screw ridge line is gradually changed into a straight line, so that the polymer material makes linear motion in the event of entering a profile forming region; the polymer material is gradually transited from a sector at the end surface of the screw rod to the shape corresponding to the profile in a cavity between a profile forming core rod and an outer profile forming mould, and therefore, the forming process of the profile is implemented. The present invention has advantages of being capable of continuously forming profiles by using polymer materials or composite materials with poor mobility, or even without mobility by using a single screw rod; and the polymer material profile formed by the present invention can keep physical properties of raw materials.
