摘要 Disclosed is a constant flow rate valve having a multi-step flow rate control function. The constant flow rate valve discharging a constant amount of a fluid comprises: a housing having an induction pipe which has a housing groove and a discharge hole, and having a guide pipe which has a guide hole therein and is connected to the induction pipe through a connection rib; a first opening and closing control part installed inside the housing, having an operation piece with a mounting groove for forming a first discharge path between the induction pipe and the first opening and closing control part, having a second discharge path penetrating the mounting groove, and having a guide pin which is extended to the lower end of the operation piece and passes through the guide hole; an elastic member interposed between the guide pipe of the housing and the operation piece of the first opening and closing control part, and providing the first opening and closing control part with an elastic force; and a second opening and closing control part arranged in the mounting groove of the housing, and having a shape which is varied depending on the pressure variation of the fluid passing through the second discharge path so that the opening area of a second discharge path can be controlled, wherein the discharge hole formed at the lower side of the housing and the housing groove communicate with each other. According to the present invention, the constant flow rate valve enables the fluid to smoothly flow through the various discharge paths even after applied to and installed at a piping system so that failures and malfunctions in a system and product to which the constant flow rate valve is applied can be prevented beforehand; and has the opening and closing control parts operated by hydraulic pressure in different ranges so that the constant flow rate of a fluid with a wide hydraulic pressure range can be controlled.
