The present invention provides a device for controlling the reflectivity of a rear view mirror and a rear view mirror including the same. The device for controlling the reflectivity of a rear view mirror according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an ECM module which changes the reflectivity of a rear view mirror, a photosensor which outputs a first sensing value detected in a first sensing range and a second sensing value detected in a second sensing range, and an ECM control unit which receiving the first and second sensing values from the photosensor and controls the enable of the ECM module according to the combination of the first sensing value and the second sensing value. |
