PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crayon case easy to be changed from a horizontally setting state to an inclined posture, having a simple structure, and requiring a small amount of raw material.SOLUTION: A crayon case 1 comprises a main body part 2, and a lid body part 3 covered on the main body part 2. The main body part 2 has an outer shell formed of a bottom plate 10 and a main body part side peripheral wall 11 connected to the bottom plate 10. An engaging recess 36 is provided on short sides 7 and 8 of the main body part side peripheral wall 11 of the main body part 2. A crayon 100 is used by removing the lid body part 3 from the main body part 2 followed by turning over of the lid body part 3, putting a part of the main body part 2 into a lid body side recessed space 52 of the lid body 3, and engaging the engaging recess 36 with a long side 56 of the lid body part 3. As a result of this, the side of a long side 5 of the main body part 2 protrudes from the lid body side recessed space 52, and the side of the short sides 7 and 8 of the main body part 2 rises up over the long side 56 of the lid body part 3 so as to make an inclined posture. |
