PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric conductive particle which, when an electric conductive film is formed using the electric conductive particle, enables a deterioration in the electric conductivity of the film to be suppressed even when the film is placed in unforgiving environments such as high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: The electric conductive particle according to the present invention is obtained by forming a covering layer containing tin oxide, on the surface of a core particle. The crystallite diameter of the tin oxide is 70 to 200 Å. The ratio R/Rbetween the surface resistance Rof an electric conductive film and the surface resistance Rof an electric conductive film is 1-250, where the surface resistance Ris the surface resistance of the electric conductive film deposited by using a coating liquid containing electric conductive particles and obtained by being dispersed for 3 hours, and the surface resistance Ris the surface resistance of the electric conductive film deposited by using a coating liquid obtained by being dispersed for 1 hour. The covering layer preferably comprises an electric conductive tin oxide that contains no dope elements. |
