PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote support system capable of supporting a customer of an image forming apparatus in a quick and accurate manner, an image forming apparatus, and an information processing apparatus.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 101 controls an operation panel 212 so as to display a first image transmitted from an operator PC 102 over an established communication channel. The image forming apparatus 101 further transmits a second image to be transmitted to the operator PC 102 to the operator PC 102 over the established communication channel. The operator PC 102 controls a display 232 so as to display the second image. The operator PC 102 further transmits the first image to the image forming apparatus 101 over the established communication channel. |
