PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust purification method which removes a solvent contained in an exhaust atmosphere gas and purifies the exhaust atmosphere gas without cooling the exhaust atmosphere gas, which is exhausted from a heat treatment device and contains the solvent evaporated by heating, in an exhaust process.SOLUTION: In an exhaust purification method, liquid particles 11 generated by a liquid particle supply device 3 are supplied to an exhaust atmosphere gas exhausted by an exhaust duct 2. The liquid particles approach, contact, and cohere with a solvent 10 evaporated in the exhaust atmosphere gas in a mixing part 4. The liquid particles capture the solvent thereinto by repeating the above-mentioned process and the particles and the solvent are removed by a centrifugal separator 5 to purify the exhaust atmosphere gas. |
