PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit lamp device and an operation microscope including a slit lamp device in which slit illumination can be easily fitted to a variety of different working distances.SOLUTION: A slit lamp device 1 for an operation microscope includes: a slit illumination unit 2 that includes a slit illumination optical system for forming slit illumination light paths 5 and 6; and a guide rail 3 for moving the slit illumination unit along an instructed direction. The guide rail is configured to move the slit illumination unit along a linear moving direction 12, and the slit illumination unit is fixed to the guide rail while being rotatable about a rotation axis 13 vertical with respect to the linear moving direction. |
