<p>[Problem] To provide a medical apparatus that can sample a desired quantity of tissue from a living body in an efficient and minimally invasive manner. [Solution] This medical apparatus (10) has: an elongated main body section (20) provided with a tip section (21), which is provided with a helical groove (22) formed at the outer surface thereof, a fluid lumen (23), through which a fluid can flow, and a through hole (25), which interconnects the fluid lumen and the outer peripheral surface of the tip section, at least a portion of the tip section puncturing a predetermined living body organ (B); and a tubular member (30) that is provided with an insertion lumen (31) into which the main body section is inserted in a manner able to move in the axial direction, and that, against the main body section, forms a gap (c) through which a fluid can flow in the state of the main body section being inserted into the insertion lumen.</p> |
