<p>On this barrel (2) for a pre-filled syringe, a puncture member (6) can be mounted which is provided with a hollow needle (61) having a needle section (61a, 61b) on both ends and with a puncture member body (60) in which the hollow needle (61) is mounted. This barrel (2) for a pre-filled syringe is provided with a barrel body (4) comprising a tip (41) with an opening (48), and with a barrel sealing member (5) which seals the opening (48), houses a sealing member (10) puncturable by one needle section (61b) of the hollow needle (61), and mounts on the tip (41) of the barrel body (4). The barrel sealing member (5) has a puncture member mounting unit (50) where the puncture member (6) can be mounted, and a restricting part which restricts separation from and rotation of the barrel sealing member (5) mounted on the barrel body (4). Furthermore, the barrel sealing member (5) has a break effecting part (56) which projects from the puncture member mounting unit (50), and a breakable part (57) formed between the puncture member mounting unit (50) and the break effecting part (56), and by breaking the breakable part (57) and separating the break effecting part (56), the puncture member (6) can be mounted on the puncture member mounting unit (50).</p> |
