The present invention relates to a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch panel according to the present invention includes: multiple sensing electrode patterns formed on a substrate; an insulator formed on the sensing electrode patterns; and a bridge electrode which is formed on the upper portion of the insulator and electronically interconnects the sensing electrode patterns. The upper surface of the insulator as seen from the top of the substrate forms a circle or a polygon having four or more edges.
