A transfer machine integrated with a machine tool is provided. In the transfer machine integrated with a machine tool, a transfer device, which performs the supply of a material or the discharge of a workpiece for various machine tools such as a CNC lathe, a CNC milling machine, and a machining center, is assembled in order to be integrated with a machine tool in order to facilitate the installation, reinstallation, or transportation of the machine tool at a work site. In addition, the transfer machine integrated with a machine tool can sufficiently secure the area of action of a worker around the machine tool in order to improve workability by transferring the material and the workpiece between the work space of the machine tool including a chuck and one side unit of the machine tool through the upper part of the machine tool, and can smoothly perform various maintenance and repair work including cleaning. The transfer machine integrated with a machine tool comprises: a conveyor transferring device which transfers the material and the workpiece at the same time by including multiple clampers, circulating and moving by being fixated to a transfer conveyor whose one end unit is placed in the upper part of the machine tool for processing the material; a transfer loader which is installed on the top of the machine tool, and transfers the material and the workpiece while moving up and down between the work space of the machine tool including the chuck and the upper opening unit of the machine tool; and a controller which performs motion control for interlocking the conveyor transferring device with the transfer loader in order to supply the material to the chuck, and discharges the workpiece processed in the chuck to the outside.
