PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine frame drop accurately.SOLUTION: Upon operation of a shutter key, image capturing is performed for a predetermined time (step S2). Subsequently, in the continuous frames obtained by image capturing, a determination is made whether or not a marker is changing cyclically (step S3). As a result of this determination, if a marker is not changing cyclically in the continuous frames obtained by image capturing, image capturing is performed with a predetermined number of frames by returning to the step S2, until the image capturing where the marker is changing cyclically is achieved. When the image capturing where the marker is changing cyclically is achieved, the time series intensity change of information light 7 included in a frame where the marker 61 exists, included in each frame captured, is decoded to digital information (e.g., the information of an electronic coupon that can be used in X department store)(step S4), and displayed on a display 109 (step S5). |
