PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional model generation method for generating an accurate three-dimensional model from measurement data without requiring significant correction, and to provide a system and a program.SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional model generation method, an arithmetic device inputs measurement data including measurement points data obtained by measuring an object, the kind of a surface element, and a geometry value of the surface element, calculates an error of the measurement data on the basis of the surface element specified by the measurement data, determines whether the calculated error falls within a predetermined allowable error range, corrects the element for the error when the error is within the allowable error range, and determines crossing information of the surface elements and contour information of the surface elements from the corrected surface element, to generate a three-dimensional model. |
