PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system, a remote control method and a remote control program that can be easily implemented with simple security measures and maintenance and management.SOLUTION: External terminals 20A, 20B (first control device) sends a blank email to an address of a control device 40 (second control device), prompts a user to select a controlled object to be remote-controlled from a plurality of controlled objects included in a reply email, converts the controlled object selected by the user to a hierarchical code by predetermined rules and writes it in a subject field of an email to be sent to the control device 40. The control device 40 generates and sends the email allowing the user to select a particular controlled object from the plurality of controlled objects, in response to receiving the blank email sent from the external terminals 20A, 20B, and decides and executes an operation of a controlled objects 50A, 50B, 50C on the basis of the hierarchical code written in the subject field of the reply email from the external terminals 20A, 20B. |
