PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiant cooling and heating system capable of easily performing both radiant cooling and radiant heating by using a common heat source machine.SOLUTION: A radiant cooling and heating system 1B comprises: a heat source machine 3; radiant terminal machines 5A and 5B which are connected to the heat source machine 3; circulation pipes which communicate the heat source machine 3 with the respective radiant terminal machines 5A and 5B and circulate a heat medium between the heat source machine 3 and the respective radiant terminal machines 5A and 5B; an opening/closing valve 41 which regulates a flow of the heat medium by opening/closing the circulation pipe; and a control section 33 which controls the opening/closing valve. At least one of the radiant terminal machines 5A and 5B is a floor heating panel unit 5A which performs only radiant heating and the other of the radiant terminal machines 5A and 5B is a radiant panel unit 5B which has a dew condensation water processing function in addition to both cooling and heating functions. The control section 33 stops circulation of the heat medium to the floor heating panel unit 5A by controlling the opening/closing valve 41 during cooling operation. |
