PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminophor substrate, a display device and a lighting system which can take out fluorescence emitted from a luminophor outside efficiently.SOLUTION: Fluorescence emitted in a luminophor layer 14 just enters a fluorescence transmission layer 15 without being reflected on an interface of the luminophor layer 14, transmits in the fluorescence transmission layer 15 while being reflected on a fluorescence reflective layer 16, is reflected by a fluorescence reflecting partition 19 to a direction of a substrate 11 and is taken out outside. Because the fluorescence transmission layer 15 is formed with a material having a higher fluorescence permeability than the luminophor layer 14, attenuation of the fluorescence before being emitted outside decreases. |
