PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which detects infrared light impinging perpendicularly by intraband transition.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 10 includes a first conductive layer 12 of first conductivity type, a photosensitization layer 13 formed on the first conductive layer, a second conductive layer 14 of second conductivity type formed on the photosensitization layer, and a deflection part 15 formed on the second conductive layer. The photosensitization layer performs photoelectric conversion by an intraband transition process. The deflection part is configured to surround the first conductive layer, the photosensitization layer, and the second conductive layer. |
