The present invention provides a data transmission method, a user equipment, and a network side device. The method comprises: generating a concurrence policy, wherein the concurrence policy is used to instruct a user equipment to select at least one access network from at least two access networks to transmit at least one data stream; sending the concurrence policy to the user equipment through a first data connection between a first access network in the at least two access networks and the user equipment. The present invention enables the user equipment to concurrently transmit data through multiple wireless access networks, thereby obtaining higher peak throughput, improving user experience, and performing adjustment for load balance of the user equipment in time. |
