This dental filling repairing material is composed of a photocurable composition which comprises a polymerizable monomer component (A), an inorganic filler component (B) with an average particle size of 0.07 μm or more and a photoinitiator (C), wherein the inorganic filler component (B) is contained in an amount of 100-1500 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the polymerizable monomer component (A). The polymerizable monomer component (A) and the inorganic filler component (B) are selected so as to satisfy the condition (X1) indicated by formula (1a) nF-0.005<nM<nF+0.005 and (1b) nF-0.020<nP<nF+0.040, wherein in the formula, nM represents the refractive index at 25°C of the polymerizable monomer component (A), nP represents the refractive index at 25°C of a polymer obtained by polymerizing the polymerizable monomer component (A), and nF represents the refractive index at 25°C of the inorganic filler component (B). |
