The turbine has a tower (10) which is fixed to an internal bearing portion (46) and an outer ring. The outer ring is provided in opposite sides of the extension arms (20,22) that are articulated at the end portion of nacelle (24,26) that is attached with rotor (28,30). The tower is rotatably arranged by a vertical pivoting the extension arms, so that height adjustment of the rotors is performed, and the outer ring is rotated with the horizontal arms. A bearing (18) is hinged on the tower.
