摘要 <p>[Problem] To provide a balance correction method for tire assemblies capable of reducing steering wheel shimmy. [Solution] The amount of unbalance in a tire assembly is measured, and then it is determined whether the amount of dynamic unbalance is greater than or equal to the threshold of 40 g. If the amount of dynamic unbalance is greater than or equal to 40 g, then it is determined whether the amount of static unbalance is greater than or equal to 7 g. If the amount of static unbalance is greater than or equal to 7 g, then both the dynamic unbalance and the static unbalance are corrected. Moreover, if the amount of static unbalance is less than 7 g, then both dynamic unbalance and static unbalance are corrected. Moreover, if the amount of dynamic unbalance is less than 40 g, then it is determined whether the amount of static unbalance is greater than or equal to 7 g. If the amount of static unbalance is less than 7 g, then neither dynamic unbalance nor static unbalance is corrected.
