The present invention provides a method for removing scale from a boiler tube, comprising an optimum circulation process capable of maximizing physical and chemical cleaning efficiency by effectively dissolving the poorly soluble scale of a boiler tube while minimizing the corrosion of a base metal. To this end, the present invention provides a method for removing the scale of a boiler tube, comprising: a first step of rapidly cooling a boiler tube to allow the scale formed on the inner surface to be cracked by a decrease in temperature; a second step of removing the scale from the boiler tube by flushing coolant and transferring the same after the first step; and a third step of connecting a cleaning solution injection device to the boiler tube and carrying out chemical cleaning by increasing the temperature of a boiler after the second step.
