Aqueous binder-free pigment formulation comprises (A) 1-75 wt.% at least one organic or inorganic white- or colored pigment or a mixture of various organic and inorganic white- or colored pigments, (B) 0.01-8 wt.% at least one phosphoric acid ester compound (I), (C) 0.01-12 wt.% a fatty acid alkanolamide ethoxylate, and (G) water.
