Provided are a processing method and system for a proxy relationship, a proxy server and a terminal. The method comprises: a proxy server receiving a service content request sent by other terminals, the service content request comprising a first terminal account and a service item; according to the first terminal account, searching for a preset proxy relationship table corresponding to the first terminal account, and obtaining a service item which has already started up a proxy in the proxy relationship table; and if the service item obtained according to the proxy relationship table is the service item which has already started up a proxy, sending the service content request to a second terminal corresponding to the service item which has already started up a proxy, so that the second terminal sends a service content request response to the other terminals according to the service content request, thereby solving the problems of application limitation and low proxy efficiency in the existing processing method for a proxy relationship.
