摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a stable low idling state to be maintained by preventing black smoke generation and engine stall due to rise in hydraulic load in the low idling state in an engine control system.SOLUTION: An engine control device is provided with: an engine; a fuel injection device 106 for injecting fuel to the engine; a rotation sensor 108 for detecting the number of engine rotations; a ROM 102b for storing in advance an output characteristics map showing a relation between the number of engine rotations and a fuel injection amount; and a controller 102 for controlling operation of the fuel injection device 106 on the basis of the output characteristics map. When the number of engine rotations N decreases due to an increase in engine load during low speed rotation of the engine, the output characteristics map is temporarily corrected so that a maximum fuel injection amount increases in a low speed rotation region of the engine 7 increases. Whether or not to execute temporary correction of the output characteristics map is determined on the basis of output of a power generator supplied by a power generation quantity sensor 112.
