PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which a vibration-proof member is arranged adjacent to a clearance for room layout adjustment.SOLUTION: A unit building is constituted by making a plurality of building units adjoining each other vertically and horizontally, and a clearance 101 for room layout adjustment is formed between the building units. The unit building includes: vibration-proofing plates 3, 3 arranged between floor beams 12, 12 of an upper floor building unit and ceiling joists 13, 13 of a lower floor building unit, respectively, on both sides across the clearance; and a connection jig 4 having an upper face part 41 stretched between floor beam upper faces on both sides across the clearance, an underside part 42 spanned between ceiling joist undersides on both sides across the clearance, and a connection 43 for connecting the upper face part and the underside part with each other in the clearance. |
