PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication interface conversion device, capable of flexibly dealing with the conversion of a communication system to conform to different communication systems between devices, and also capable of converting a signal address position of a transmission/reception data signal.SOLUTION: A communication interface conversion device 1 includes: a data communication and signal conversion processing unit 2a for mutually transmitting/receiving data signals between with a terminal device 4 to convert into a communication system of an HDLC system for analog communication; a data communication and signal conversion processing unit 2b for mutually transmitting/receiving data signals between with a central device 5 to convert into a communication system of an IP system; a signal address position conversion processing unit 2c for performing conversion processing of a data signal transmission/reception sequence between the data communication and signal conversion processing unit 2a and the data communication and signal conversion processing unit 2b; and a storage unit 3 for storing the conversion processing procedure of the signal address position conversion processing unit 2c.
