<p>This touch panel (10) comprises a structure in which first capacitance-detecting conductors (11A-11D), an insulating layer (101), second capacitance-detecting conductors (21A-21E), an insulating layer (102), a shield conductor (40), an insulating layer (103), and back-surface side wire conductors (31A-31E) are arranged in that order in the thickness direction. The second capacitance-detecting conductors (21A-21E) and the back-surface wire conductors (31A-31E) are connected to the back-surface wire conductors (31A-31E) by through-hole conductors (23A-23E) formed in proximity to lengthwise ends of the second capacitance-detecting conductors (21A-21E).
