<p>The present invention monitors the operational status of a component mounting apparatus, and displays the results of said monitoring on a display device as an operational status report. In the display items of the operational status report, standby and suspended are displayed as statuses for two types of stoppages, and operating, substrate transfer and re-adsorption operation are displayed as statuses for three types of operations. For each of these display items, a time ratio and time are displayed the operating time of the mounting component apparatus. The time ratio for each display item is also displayed as a chart such as a pie chart. In addition, when a display item for a re-adsorption operation is clicked via a mouse or the like, details of the specific cause of the re-adsorption operation is displayed. Component adsorption errors, adsorption of dissimilar components, abnormal lighting during component imaging, and abnormalities in component adsorption positions are displayed as causes of re-adsorption operations, and incidence and number of occurrences of re-adsorption operations, time ratio, and re-adsorption operation time are displayed.</p> |
