There is provided a radio base station guiding system which can guide a user of a mobile terminal connected to a communication network through radio base stations such that the user can quickly go to the radio base station. A position information storage unit 91 stores position information of individual radio base stations. A position measuring unit 92 measures a position of a mobile terminal. A radio base station specifying unit 93 specifies radio base stations in a predetermined range from the position of the mobile terminal. A route information creating unit 94 creates route information which indicates a route from the position of the mobile terminal to at least coverage area of the specified radio base station. A display unit 95 displays the route information.
