The present invention provides a safety building saving a human life in a disaster. The safety building saving the human life in the disaster comprises a safety room (20) including an indoor space having the form of a buffer air room where people can enter in and reside; multiple air balls (30) connected to form the inside of an air ball panel comprising the safety room (20) as a bubble chamber filled with air; and an air supply pipe (40) forming the inside of the air ball panel of the safety room (20) as the bubble chamber by being individually connected to the air balls (30) while being connected to an air supply unit (42) and supplying the air from the air supply unit into each air ball. |
