PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling interior member with a duct capable of suppressing peeling of a collar part, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a ceiling interior member 10 with a duct, a collar part 22 of a duct forming member 20 having a groove-shaped structure is fixed by a hot-melt adhesive 41 on the rear side upper surface 11M of a ceiling interior member 11. The collar part 22 has a step-shaped inner edge 22B caved to the opposite side to the ceiling interior member 11, and a reception recess 25 is formed on the caved part. Further, an elastic seal member 50 is received in the reception recess 25 in the compressively deformed state. |
